Fab location in the great area, adjacent to Relaxia Lanzaplaya, nature, and centre of resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed inclusive breakfasts and amazing views!

The room was updated, modern and included a lounge area, a balcony, and an individual terrace.

Overall particularly good location so close to the lovely restaurants and bars near by as well as the beach and shops. Plus, walking distance to Speedys Diving Center.

Extremely comfy bed in suite with a balcony and a private terrace.

The hotel was gorgeous and clean. The breakfast was abundant, the room was brand-new with a view. And the facilities were good. Particularly good and fantastic location nearest to all nightclubs, met the needs. Stay 

I came to Puerto del Carmen for a long stay - everything was modern. The staff was easy going and provided good services. The location couldn't be more excellent and absolutely perfect to the restaurant Whereas many many

The hotel's position was marvellous walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The room I booked was good-sized with clean towels and kitchen plus bedroom. The food was outstanding and the location was incredible. Shopping centres and souvenir shops were right next door. The service was first-class

The setting is amazing, adjacent to bars near by, the centre and bars on the front, quiet area. Plus, the hotel is 2 km from Playa Chica Beach. The breakfast offers lots of cereal, pastries and cakes:))) 

Particularly good and fab location, 15 minutes' walk to Gran Casino de Lanzarote. 15 minutes drive to airport. Spotless room with a lovely view of the sea and mountains.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, helpful night porter, birthday surprise.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Its location walking distance to shops and a supermarket was fab and amazing. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this pleasant and exceptionally comfortable accommodation from the airport.

Marisol and Petra made ure holiday, great service, cheap and cheerful , apt good, near to supermarket, bars , resturants, hairdressers .

Food was basic, not much of a selection , and only one towel change in the 5 days we were there . If we wanted any more it would of cost us 3 euros per person.No British people there, mostly spanish and german.
